We had our friends over for a BBQ yesterday and to watch the fireworks. Jeremy made some very tasty ribs and I made this strawberry whipped dessert cake thing. YUMMY. As for the fireworks, Jaxson fell asleep way before they began but I am sure he would have loved them and that we would have heard alot of “wows” and “oohs”. Next year hopefully Jaxson will be able to stay awake long enough to see them. Just like last year, we got to see a ton of fireworks from all the surrounding cities from our patio. Plus I feel like every neighbor spent a ton of money on ground fireworks and so we watched all our neighbors light off fireworks for at least an hour before and an hour after the actual fireworks. I love fireworks and so I was happy that everyone else spent money so that I would watch fireworks. Happy 4th.
